The Jewish Innovation
Have you ever thought about what happens to food before it gets to your plate? Are you considering vegetarianism or not eating animal products? I read enough articles about injustices in the food industry and saw enough disturbing videos so I pledged to stop eating animal products. But that is only step one. Now to create create systemic change, we will need to train leaders to address the abuse of animals, injustices in kosher slaughterhouses, and other animal rights issues."The Shamayim V'Aretz Institute: The Jewish Animal Welfare Activist Center” will also be an educational resource to help people make choices about their ethical consumption. Further, it would be a source of spiritual development helping others connect to creation and to the Creator.

The impact
"The Shamayim V'Aretz Institute: The Jewish Animal Welfare Activist Center” will seek to educate the Jewish community about ethical food choices, create social change on animal abuse issues, and train leaders to create change in their own communities. The Institute with your support and partnership will serve as the leading Jewish animal welfare activism center.What the money is for
Your pledge will be used to launch a national campaign that will educate, inspire, and move others to create change.This campaign will be take a multi-faceted approach to:
1. Advocate for new legislation
2. Pressure companies with bad animal treatment
3. Raise awareness & Educate in the Jewish community
4. Build a coalition of partners & supporters
5. Help Improve our website with videos, educational resources, and classes offered
